The unit is housed in MS angle housing and manually controlled from the top.

High Voltage Spark Testers for checking weak insulation / exposed conductor

RE High voltage spark testers are designed for checking the quality of insulation coated wires for pin holes / weak insulation / exposed conductor during manufacturing at work floor.  The wire is passed through brass ball beads which carry high voltage. Fully Automatic Oil Test set is designed for testing the dielectric strength of insulating oil as per IS-335.The unit develops high voltage between electrodes immersed in oil under test as per IS:6792.
